Sameer Arora is an award-winning Commercial Broker at Virtual Properties Realty in Georgia with over a decade of experience in Executive Sales, within the Commercial Real Estate and Retail leasing marketplace. He has been an integral part of some of the world's biggest commercial real estate companies like - Colliers, Cushman and Wakefield, Regus and Oyo Hotels. 

He has been a pioneer in establishing Oyo Hotels in the United States with over 25 properties across 5 states to his name. 

Well-versed with the Real Estate demographics and as a licensed commercial broker, Sameer has sold hotels across all brands like IHG, Marriott , Hilton , Choice. Wyndham and also specializes in gas station ,retail and multi-family sales. With a sharp acumen to foresee the market, he provides consultation to the investors, and private equity groups.  

Ritu Rani Pahwa is a realtor at Agent Plus Realty in Florida. She is the President for FIABCI-USA’s Miami Council and served on the board for the last four years. She was the National Commercial Chair 2021 and National Board Member for the Asian Real Estate Association of America, known as AREAA. She has also been on the Miami Board of AREAA for the last 4 years and served as the Commercial Chair for Miami for three of the four years. She is currently on the Advisory Board for Miami.

Ritu is well versed overall in the commercial real estate field. She specializes in working with developers and investors on hospitality, multifamily and mixed-use existing and ground-up projects. She works closely with lenders and private equity groups that underwrite and fund projects and has access to private placement investment opportunities. She also has a partnership with a design team that can assist in renovations and procurement and a technology team that can streamline efficiencies in your investment.

She has previously held positions on the corporate side of hospitality and entertainment for the Walt Disney Company in Los Angeles, Kerzner International Resorts in Florida and Time Inc. in New York City. Ritu has lived in South Florida for the last 16 years and resides in Boca Raton.  She earned her MBA in Global Marketing and Management from the University of Texas at Austin, and bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Tufts University in Boston, MA.
